Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Locations
Filo Industries ships within the United States only. Due to federal and state regulations, we cannot ship to certain states or jurisdictions. Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws before purchasing.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 4–5 business days, depending on product availability. Customers will receive a tracking number by email once their order has shipped.

3. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Some firearm-related items may require specific carriers due to legal restrictions.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, and applicable legal processing requirements.

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or restricted items.

6. Firearms & Restricted Items
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Customers are required to provide the receiving FFL’s name and contact information at checkout.
Certain firearm accessories, ammunition, or regulated items may be restricted by state law. Orders that do not comply with local regulations will be canceled and refunded.

7. Returns & Exchanges
All sales on firearms and ammunition are final and non-returnable.
If an item arrives defective or damaged, customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped in error.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Filo Industries is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at filoindustriestx@gmail.com with photos and details.

9. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Filo Industries, customers agree to the terms of this Shipping & Returns Policy. This includes acknowledging responsibility for understanding firearm laws, FFL requirements, and shipping risks.
